We use the ispmanager panel, at one point the database has broken down and we can't do anything with it or drop backup, nothing, makes the error "Can't connect to the local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111)"
Going to the technical support of the ispmanager, here is their answer:
"The error you indicate arises because the SUBD service itself cannot be launched in the system. Some files of the base or the service itself have been damaged, which is described in the log we have visited. You will be informed by the SUBD administrator and the database. The log can be found in the file: /var/log/mariadb/mariadb.log
