PointerPro Implementation Expert Needed – Data Migration & Customization

Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PointerPro Implementation Consultant to transition our proprietary tool from an advanced Excel prototype to the PointerPro platform. This project involves data migration, customization, reporting setup, and workflow automation to ensure a seamless and functional implementation.

Scope of Work:

The freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. System Transition and Setup

• Migrate functionalities and data from an existing Excel-based prototype to PointerPro.
• Ensure data integrity and operational continuity throughout the transition.
• Set up role-based user access and permissions within PointerPro.

2. Customization and Configuration

• Customize PointerPro workflows to match our business logic and user requirements.
• Implement custom fields, formulas, and automation for improved efficiency.
• Adapt system settings to mirror and enhance the current Excel-based functionality.

3. Reporting and Dashboard Setup

• Develop custom dashboards and reports to replicate and improve upon Excel-generated insights.
• Configure data visualization and analytics tools within PointerPro.
• Ensure that reports meet our business intelligence needs.

4. Quality Assurance & Testing

• Conduct end-to-end system testing to validate accuracy and performance.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders.
• Debug and resolve any issues before final implementation.

5. Training and Documentation

• Provide training materials and guides for our internal team.
• Conduct a training session on system functionalities and best practices.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation covering configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

The ideal freelancer should have:
