We are looking for ready-made source code for a multi-page agency website developed on the React/MERN Stack. The site must be developed according to best web development practices, have a clean and semantic structure, and support performance and SEO optimization.

We need not just a landing page, but a multi-page site with several sections, beautiful animations, responsive layout, and integration of best practices for performance.

Requirements for the source code:

1. Technology stack:

• Frontend: React (Hooks, React Router, Redux or Context for state management).

• Backend: Node.js + Express.

• Database: MongoDB (or the ability for quick integration with it).

• UI: Clean and optimized CSS (preferably Tailwind CSS).

• Support for structured data for SEO.

• Integration of Google Analytics or other systems for traffic monitoring.

6. The code must be clean and easily maintainable (using ESLint/Prettier is a plus).
