- Ограничение входа в определенные комнаты при отсутствии значка(который будет давать доступ в эту комнату), без значка могут только зайти спец. админы и владелец(настройка на игнор подобных ограничений)
- Владелец и Спец. Админы могут выдавать и забирать права/иконки, модератор может производить только авторизацию пользователей, и выдавать "смешные" иконки которые ни влияют на каких либо доступы/ограничения в комнаты
