Change prices in the product file, add new products (PROM.UA)

There are 2 files with products for 2 identical websites (exports from PROM.UA). 
Need to: 
- change prices by article (new prices and articles are in another file). It is important that there can be several positions for 1 article and prices need to be changed everywhere. 
- add new products (new products are also in another file). They will need to be assigned unique IDs. The IDs of old products do not need to be changed. Those who have worked with PROM.UA understand what I am talking about. 

It is important to maintain the correct format in the main files that will be uploaded back. A person with experience working specifically with PROM.UA files is needed, who knows how to correctly assign IDs and all the nuances. 

Also, at the end, when all prices are updated and new positions are added to the file, each file will need to be divided into 5 parts (for some reason, PROM does not want to process large Excel files at once, so I always divide them into smaller parts).

Also, it is necessary to ensure that there are no products in the new products file that already exist in the old one (duplicates may exist, such products should not be added)

It is necessary to add to the required column similarly to the old ones (you will see how in the file). There is no need to add to other categories.
