We have a few apps that we need to set up ads for (and there will be more in the future). Firstly, we need to set up some low-budget campaigns to see which channel works better (ASA, Facebook ads, TikTok, Google ads, etc.), and then push that channel. We need a person who has expertise in mobile ad campaign setup and knows how to implement the process from scratch, monitor it, and improve; knows the specifics of mobile app marketing - it's critical for us.

Task It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of my online stores' activities over the last 3 months and develop a universal pricing model that takes into account all costs and the desired profit level. About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. What data I will provide I will provide all necessary information for the last 3 months, including: turnover; number of orders; cost of goods sold; marketplace commissions; advertising expenses; delivery costs; packaging costs; returns; cancellations; employee salaries; rent; taxes; other fixed and variable costs. If necessary, I will provide additional data. What needs to be done Conduct a detailed analysis of all financial indicators. Determine the actual percentage of total costs. Calculate the breakeven point. Determine the actual net profit. Analyze which expense items most affect profitability. Provide recommendations for cost optimization. Develop a clear pricing model. Determine the optimal markup level to achieve the desired profitability. Create a universal formula for calculating the price of goods, so in the future it will be enough to enter the purchase price and automatically receive the recommended selling price. Suggest recommendations for different pricing approaches (fixed markup, markup depending on the product category, minimum margin, competitor prices, etc.) and justify which option will be the most effective in my case. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model. A specialist in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) is needed to launch and manage an advertising campaign aimed at attracting candidates for a job vacancy in Poland.
