Need instructions for applying Mixamo animations to Ready Player Me

The problem is that I cannot programmatically get Mixamo animations to play correctly on RPM models, most likely the issue is with how I import and export, in the settings themselves (all attempts were in Blender).
The final animation file should not store the model itself
