Вы проверяете главную страницу без языкового параметра.
По умолчанию у Вас стоит редирект
http://optics-ochi.com/ => 301 redirect => http://optics-ochi.com/en/
Чтоб просмотреть как загружается страница, тогда в поле сканирования адреса добавьте только языковой параметр en/ или ru/. И тогда спокойно сможете просмотреть.
