I am looking for people to join a team to work on the visual novel "The Club of Viburnum Bracelets".
The plot tells the story of a group of teenagers who have contemplated suicide. Each of them has their own reasons, which will be revealed throughout the story. The events take place in an unnamed provincial Ukrainian town in the summer of 2014.
The main character joins a group of teenagers who have turned suicide into a game with their own rules. The plot will revolve around getting to know the characters' stories and interacting with them.
Who I am looking for!
Character / Sprite Artist
Needed:
- creation of character sprites;
- emotions and pose variations;
- consistency of character styles with each other.
Background Artist
Needed:
- drawing locations;
- interiors and street scenes;
- supporting the atmosphere of the novel through visuals.
Composer / Sound Designer
Needed:
- creating atmospheric musical accompaniment;
- ambient sounds and musical themes;
- if possible — sound effects for scenes and the interface.
Ren’Py Developer / Scripter
Needed:
- "assembling" the novel;
- writing scenes, choices, transitions;
- integrating graphics, music, and UI;
- overall technical implementation of the project.
Important
Currently, the project is being created out of enthusiasm, so the work is temporarily unpaid.
After the development is completed, all main team members will be considered equal co-authors of the project, and any profits from sales will be divided equally among the team members.
I am looking for people who are interested in creating a strong narrative visual novel with atmosphere, emotions, and lively characters.
