NDA / Confidentiality Terms (Freelancehunt)
By participating in this project, the Contractor confirms agreement with the following terms:
1. Confidentiality
All information obtained within the project
“Automated Cash Operations Audit System,” including:
source code (Python, Streamlit);
algorithms, verification rules, business logic;
data structures, configurations;
examples of financial operations;
is confidential.
2. Usage Restrictions
The Contractor is not allowed to:
use the code or logic in other projects;
copy or reproduce solutions for third parties;
apply developments for their own commercial interests;
publish or use materials in a portfolio;
create similar systems based on the obtained materials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All work results (code, algorithms, logic, developments)
are the exclusive property of the Client from the moment of their creation.
4. Duration
Confidentiality obligations are valid:
during the project execution;
and after its completion without time limitation.
5. Violations
In case of violation of these terms, the Client reserves the right to:
terminate cooperation;
initiate a claim through the Freelancehunt platform;
demand compensation for damages incurred.
