I am looking for a specialist for long-term cooperation on the development of the art project Lea Cuba Art.

Lea Cuba Art is an authorial project of contemporary abstract art. The main goal is to develop an English-speaking audience in Europe, to form a community around the artist's brand, and to create a foundation for future sales of paintings, workshops, and creative products.
Important: I am looking for not just a consultant who will prepare a strategy, but a specialist who will take on its implementation and systematic development of the project. I need a person who can turn ideas and plans into regular work and results.
Main tasks:
- development and implementation of the Instagram growth strategy;
- defining the target audience and building a content plan;
- preparing content in English;
- creating and editing Reels and video content;
- recommendations on photos, videos, and visual style of the page;
- regularly managing the page and developing audience engagement;
- forming a community around the artist's brand.
I am looking for a person with marketing thinking and experience in developing personal brands, creative projects, art, design, or the premium segment.
Experience working with artists, galleries, interior designers, or cultural projects will be an advantage.
