Hello, Volodymyr! My name is Marina. I am a UI/UX designer. I can provide recommendations for your website to improve conversion:
1. In the form, the mandatory fields are email and message (I would make name, surname, and phone optional) – meaning the only way to reach the client is through email (the message may not be read).
2. The date in the form – is this to find out a convenient day for the client? But the convenient day may not match the specialist's schedule. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary part of the form. Imagine, the client is not yet fully convinced that they need this at all, and they have to check their calendar and look for a free day. Moreover, it is possible that after all the heavy concerns, the specialist may not be able to come on that date. 😀
3. American consumers, of course, differ from Ukrainian ones, so adjustments for mentality are possible. It would be more convenient for us to receive a call at the specified number, which would demonstrate:
a) an individual approach,
b) in a free manner, it would allow to agree on a day when both parties can check their schedules and avoid long correspondence,
c) since the service is still not among the most critical, there will be an opportunity to further convince them of its necessity and answer questions.
4. The "Message" field can be left but made optional.
All this will allow the client to spend minimal effort on the website and increase the number of completed forms, BUT it increases the responsibility of the website administrator for the timeliness, correctness, and politeness of the calls.
