The question is - 200 hours for it. Do you have a complex system of websites that actively uses clouds and other storage, and many servers?
Perhaps the site needs to be put under a version control system, under a software package update system. Maybe a testing system. Maybe add some new components.
It seems to me that in your case it’s not about programming, but about a refactoring and deployment system on the server.
