Need an HR/recruiter for selecting chat managers

We are looking for an HR specialist or recruiter who can:

• find candidates for the position of chat managers (online operators),

• conduct initial screening,

• organize basic training for new employees,

• ensure that selected candidates remain in their positions.

Expected result:

• a stable flow of candidates,

• at least 3–5 people per month who continue to work after training.

Conditions:
