Need a specialist in email marketing and email delivery

A website for selling short staged videos with fights for a foreign audience.

I have websites for selling videos and a database of approximately 5,000 real customers who have previously purchased videos. The email addresses were obtained during order processing, and purchases can be confirmed by transactions from the payment system.

I have already tried launching mailings through various services, but accounts were blocked or required separate confirmation that customers subscribed to promotional emails. There was no separate subscription on the websites — there are only real orders, customer emails, and payment history.

I need a specialist who:

• will select the appropriate service and correctly set up the mailing;
• will check and clean the database;
• will set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;
• will prepare emails with an offer to visit the website and purchase new videos;
• will demonstrate how to create and launch such mailings in practice;
• will explain how I can independently add to the database, create emails, and launch campaigns in the future;
• will set up unsubscribe options and statistics for delivery, opens, and clicks.

This is not a purchased database. All addresses belong to real customers who have already purchased videos on my websites.
