Problem
Some orders arrive in the CRM without gclid and other parameters. (Client User Agent,fbc and other attributes.)

Ваші 18-19% втрат - це ймовірно робота блокувальників реклами та приватних браузерів. Звісно, проблема може бути в ншому.
Наприклад, я особисто користуюся браузером Vivaldi, і з нього мої мітки (gclid, fbc) ніколи не доходять до аналітики чи CRM (дізнався, коли виконував налаштування міток на сайті). Такі браузери просто "зрізають" ці параметри.
