Power BI setup for projects

📄 Task Description: 

We are developing a large MMORPG project based on Lineage 2 — TheBattle.Club 
 Our goal is to create a unified business analytics system in Power BI for the project owner and link it to the actions of the team (13 people) and key gaming and financial metrics.

🧩 What needs to be done:

1. Create a Power BI workspace:

• Create a general structure and architecture of reports
  
  

• Dashboard "for the owner" — with a complete summary of the project
  
  

• Sub-dashboards for the team: each member has their own KPIs

• 
  
  

2. Set up data integration and loading:

• Google Sheets / Excel / Trello / Notion (or ClickUp) — as input forms for team KPIs
  
  
  

• Connecting the database (upon request, if SQL is needed)
  
  

3. Develop data entry templates:

• Forms or tables where employees will enter their KPIs weekly/monthly
  
  

• These templates should be easy to fill out and understandable
  
  

• Automatic entry of this data into Power BI (via API or through Google Sheets)
  
  

4. Implement key metrics and visualizations:

Metrics:

• ROI, ROMI

• Player LTV

• Average revenue per player

• Cost of acquiring a new player (CAC)

• Number of unique HWIDs visiting the project 

• Number of bugs (through the Trello system)

• Number of completed tasks

• Website visits

• Influx and outflux of new players 

• Number of subscribers on Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord 

• NPS 

• Cost Per Player 

• MRR 

• ARPPU

5. Train/describing how to enter data

• Prepare a short instruction for the team
  
  

• Conduct a demonstration of how it works

• Working Power BI environment with role-based dashboards

• Convenient KPI entry for each employee

• Ability to view retrospectives by month

• Automatic data updates
