A developer with practical experience in OpenCart 3 + Journal 3 + Simple/Filtered is needed.

Point 3 is not critical. If its implementation requires overly complex modifications, takes too much time, or poses a risk of side errors, it can be skipped. The other tasks are prioritized.

Please fix this error in the language switcher and thoroughly check its functionality on all pages of the site. The language switch must work correctly everywhere, including checkout, blog, and other pages, without failures and without instances where the page does not switch.

The selection of Omniva pakomāts on checkout in the Simple + Filtered module needs to be refined.
Currently, important logic is already in place and needs to be preserved: if the client has not selected a pakomāts and left the value “Select,” they should not be able to place an order. This means that the selection of a specific pakomāts must remain mandatory.

What needs to be changed:
Make the selection of pakomāts not a regular long dropdown list, but a dropdown with a search in the first line.
At the top, instead of just “Select,” there should be a search field with a search icon.
The user should be able to start typing the name of the city, street, or pakomāts, and the list should immediately filter and show suitable options.
At the same time, there should still be the option to scroll through the full list manually if the user does not want to use the search.

Main requirement:
Mandatory validation must be preserved — until a specific pakomāts is selected from the list, an order cannot be placed.
This means that the search should only be an improvement to the UI, but not break the current mandatory check for selecting a pakomāts. Apply to all three dropdown lists.

Currently, the user can select a quantity on the product page that is greater than what is in stock, and only later at checkout does the system inform that such a quantity is not available in the warehouse.
The logic needs to be changed so that the restriction works immediately on the product page.

What needs to be done:
If there are, for example, 5 pcs. in stock, the user should only be able to select from 1 to 5 pcs.
A quantity greater than the available stock should not be selectable and should not be entered manually.
This means that the counter should not increase above the actual stock balance.

Result:
The user should physically not be able to select a quantity greater than the stock balance already on the product card, rather than receiving this error only later at checkout.
