я не совсем понял вашу последнюю фразу. У каждого ордера есть свой индивидуальный индетификатор. Суммы да, могут совпадать и делают это достаточно часто. А вот если совпадают ID то надо идти в саппорт биржи и устраивать скандаль. Я не знаю есть ли у меня опыт с ботами, но я писал ботов для бинансе и для трайдингвью
