We re-designed the site vseopecheni.ru
Hotels in the style of our second site vseojkt.ru
But the designer did almost one-on-one and gave up the work.
You need to either upgrade the design, or do it again - to be a general style, but it wasn't like 1 in 1.
You can remove the background menu, move the logo, something else.
We really like the colorful palette of these circles:

Не совсем понял. Если можно лучше , а там явно можно, зачем стараться делать хуже, чтоб дешевле было? Или почему не устраивает 1 в 1 тогда. Я понимаю еслиб вы сказали что нужно придерживаться ФС (фирменного стиля) фирменных цветов итд, чтоб было ощущение единого бренда, это понятно.
Думаю надо плясать от того бюджета на который вы рассчитываете, тогда станет многое понятно. Ведь можно сохранить основные фирменные признаки, цвета,соответствие логотипу итд, но сделать лучше, так как сейчас без обид, уровень обоих сайтов так себе.
Возможно я что-то понял если бы посмотрел исходники, но для этого надо ВПН подрубать, это не сложно но если понадобится. Тут многие из Украины,думаю большинство, и у нас мейл.ру заблокирован, так что лучше было заливать на гуглдиск.
