6th point can be automated, for example, if a person has a order more than 5k then simply include free delivery instead of the text "for orders from 5000 ₽ - 0 ₽" and remove all 0 from the basket.
About point 8 - good quality images, you can make one product on the entire width of the screen and the visibility of the next right.
Not quite understood about the 4th point, do you want to change the text without entering the admin or still need to indicate the admin, the way where the text changes?
