1) deploy on a test subdomain on php 8.3 (important)
2) update prestashop to the new version
3) need a proper solution for invoices. integration with superfaktura . sk was chosen https://github.com/superfaktura/presta/archive/master.zip
4) connect SMS, need a European service like smsapi.com
to notify about order status
5) possibly change the payment system that is currently installed, but this is not certain yet
6) after that, a new prestashop template will be chosen, and it needs to be installed and configured for the store so that everything works
