Presentation of the Targetologist
Part 1 - Introduction (from 1 to 3 slides): We are the European online store of goods for home.We offer a wide selection of goods on the EU market, our warehouse is based in Poland, we are the importer of goods from Ukraine, Turkey and China.We have 5 years of experience in e-commerce in Ukraine and for the 2nd year we are actively developing in the EU market Our main traffic sources: Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.Geo in which we are presented: PL,LT,LV,EE,CZ,SK,RO,HU,SI,HR,GR,BG, AT Geo which we are planning to add: GE,IT,FR,ESP,PT Tested for the current time 500+ goods In the current time 30 goods In the current time 150 000 EUR+ per month.The structure of the team is 7 people - I add a screenshot.The first slide of the presentation should present the company, its experience in eCommerce.This slide should include a brief overview of the company’s history, the markets it works on, and the products it offers and the teams.It is best to display the geos that we cover visually in the form of a map.The example is https://hsplus.si/performance/ or here https://www.droplead.co/
Part 2 - Advantages (1-2 slides): The ability to develop on partnership conditions, with the ability to become Team-lead and build your own team within our structure; Minimum bureaucracy - we prefer to communicate on "you"; 100% remote work .Young and energetic team - the average age of the team members is 26 years.We have a full-fledged R&D department that closes the search and packaging of promotional materials.Exclusive goods, we are a direct advertiser - we can bring any goods at your request.Internal training .Access to learning and marketing activities.Also, the purchase of various types of training and services on request.It is necessary to describe in detail what the company can offer.with elements of graphics.Part 3 - Key Requirements (1 slides): Know the foundations of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.Experience with advertising budgets from $10,000 per month is minimal.Understanding basic metrics: CPA/CPI/CPM/LTV/ROI/CR/CTR; Experience in finding and creating creatives, setting tasks to create creatives.It would be great if the candidate has experience in E-commerce at EC.This section should describe the skills and experience necessary for this role.This slide should highlight the key qualifications required to succeed in this position, including knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.In addition, the slide should be indicated the minimum monthly advertising budget, with which a targetologist should have experience working.Part 4 - Obligations (1 slides): Creating, setting up and conducting advertising campaigns, as well as scaling them;Creativity preparation independently and in conjunction with the designer; Continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in accordance with the established KPI The third slide should describe the main tasks of the target.This slide should include key tasks such as carrying out traffic generation plans, building marketing strategies, preparing creatives, creating, setting up and conducting advertising campaigns, as well as scaling them, continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns.Part 5 - Payment and Bonuses (1-2 slides): How is calculated GDP - link Revenue - the amount of the goods sold to the marketer, on the traffic attracted by the marketer Rate % - percentage of the income that the marketer receives (the deposit - we multiply by % and receive the amount to pay).The bonus is a percentage of the saved budget that a marketer receives with a bonus to his salary.Saved budget is the difference between the border-acceptable expenses (hereinafter Max.CPA) and the actual expenses to attract traffic.Quarterly Bonus: When implementing a profit plan of €90,000 or more, an additional bonus of 10% of the savaged budget for the entire quarter is an average monthly.Annual Bonus: When implementing a revenue plan of EUR 90,000 or more, an additional bonus of 10% of the savaged budget for the whole year.Additional comment: From our statistics, a targetologist usually comes out to the SP of 1000 EUR for the 2nd month of work.You need to describe in detail the payment and incentives offered by the company.This slide should include information about the progressive percentage of the earnings attracted, as well as the progressive percentage of the advertising budget.In addition, this slide should contain detailed information about the quarterly and annual bonuses when performing the KPI.The slide should also explain how the income in the euro is calculated, and give examples of the expected income of the target.Part 6 - Conclusion (1 slide):
