Есть просто риск блокировки акаунта изза использования технологии вебвью.
Но месяц такое приложение поживет. А за то время разработайте приложение с АПИ интеграцией. Тогда блокировок можно избежать.

можно ж какие-то базы формировать на сервере, я с mysql могу делать какие-то штуки. а потом может както по надобности паковать в интеграцию
