Your technical specification is completely clear. To implement such functionality (calendar, personal account, upcoming payments), I suggest using React Native. This will allow us to create a quality product for both iOS and Android simultaneously with a single codebase.
My approach to development:
Calendar and filtering (p. 1.2, 2, 3): I will implement custom logic to block past dates and highlight active events. The lists under the calendar will be dynamic with automatic sorting by time.
Personal account (p. 1.5, 5): I will set up secure registration via OTP password sent to email or phone. In the structure of the account, I will prepare sections for the cart and tickets in advance, so that payment can be quickly implemented later.
Scalability (p. 1.6): In the architecture of the application and design, I will immediately allocate areas for future partner advertising, as you indicated.
Dynamic content (p. 4): The news and partners sections will be connected to the database, so you can easily update information through the admin panel.
Why React Native:
This will ensure native speed of operation and will allow for easy addition of Push notifications about events in the future, which is critically important for the event service.
