Поради "перейти" потрібно супроводжувати текстом з реальним бюджетом і термінами. Бюджет проекту, який тут вказаний не дозволить перейти з УТ в Малий бізнес. Перенесення данних це процес не на кялька годин роботи + у Замовника можуть бути вже наявні, специфічні, персоніфіковані доопрацювання в УТ.
