46 USD Project Description: Investment Presentation in Real Estate in Bulgaria
I need a presentation dedicated to investments in residential real estate in Bulgaria. The main focus should be on property payback period.
What should be included in the presentation:
Brief introduction: why Bulgaria is attractive for real estate investments.
Main part: payback calculation tables, which will show:
How many years it takes for an apartment to pay off when rented out.
Comparison of options: buying a 2-room and a 3-room apartment.
Accounting for all standard expenses (taxes, maintenance, possible downtime, etc.).
Information and calculations should comply with Bulgarian legislation (regarding taxation, rental, and other legal aspects).
Charts or visualizations at your discretion – to make it clear and understandable for the investor.
Goal:
To show potential buyers how many years it takes for their investment to pay off, and which housing option (2-room or 3-room apartment) might be more profitable.
