Problem with Google Analytics after connecting CloudFlare

Hello! We have a website on OpenCart 2.3, the “purchase” event is sent to Google Analytics via JS on the “Thank you for your order” page.
On 04.03 we connected CloudFlare to the website. Immediately after that, not all events started to be transmitted. Before this date, 250+ events were transmitted per day. After that, 10-30.
I understand that there is no direct connection here. But there is definitely some connection, as the dates match perfectly, I am providing a screenshot with the date of the CloudFlare connection and the event statistics from Analytics.
Due to the fact that not all events are transmitted, Google Ads has started to show significantly worse results, so this issue is urgent.
I noticed that conversions are mostly lost on mobile devices. Before the issue, the event ratio desktop/mobile was 1/8, after the issue it became 1/2
The problem is not resolved, in CF the following is disabled:
Rocket Loader - it has always been disabled
Speed Brain - I disabled it, it didn't help
Cache Rules - there was one caching rule, I disabled it
Polish and Mirage (image optimization) also do not work
HTTP/3 (with QUIC) - I also disabled it, although it's unlikely that this is the issue. But there are already few options left

Проблема не вирішена, у CF вимкнено:
Rocket Loader - і так завжди було вимкнено
Speed Brain - вимкнув, не допомогло
Cache Rules - було одне правило кешування, вимкнув його
Polish та Mirage (оптимізація зображень) теж не працює
HTTP/3 (with QUIC) - теж вимкнув, хоч і наврядчи це воно. Але вже мало варіантів залишилось

Связь с Cloudflare прямая1. выключить Rocket Loader -> проверить события в GA Real-time (15 мин)
2. добавить Cache Bypass для /checkout/success
3. проверить cf-cache-status в заголовках страницы
4. проверить Zaraz
5. если не помогло -> временно поставить Page Rule: /checkout/success -> Disable Performance
Cloudflare по умолчанию включает Rocket Loader он асинхронно загружает JS. В результате скрипт GA на странице "Спасибо" может не успеть выполниться до того как пользователь уходит со страницы. -
