Although the case turned out to be complicated when the button to send the completed appeal for unlocking Google Ads stopped working, we together submitted 4 requests to support through other means, and finally, on August 16, one of the Google representatives responded. Also, I think it was not in vain that the client independently sent the appeal at the beginning of August (in summer, it always takes longer to wait for feedback from Google Ads representatives), and the advertising account was unlocked.
