22 USD Hello! We are an online store, unfortunately, our Google Ads account has been blocked for unclear reasons. We are looking for a specialist who knows the matter and can help communicate with support to resolve this issue.
To briefly describe the situation:
The advertising account was created before the war. A campaign was created immediately, but it was never launched, and after that, the account was not used. Recently, the account was restored. "Automatic payments" were set up and a payment method was connected - a virtual card. Immediately after these settings, the account was blocked due to debt. No ads were shown in this account, so there is no debt. This is my only Google Ads account, and I also have no debts to Google in other services.
On the same day, a second block was received "for suspicious payments." What this means is completely unclear.
After that, I submitted an appeal 3 times, changed the payment method to a physical card, confirmed my identity, and sent a bank statement about opening the account. All in vain.
Therefore, I need a consultation to understand what might be the reason for the blocking.

I have experience with similar blocking reasons three times. My correspondence with support is indispensable. And the support is such that their response depends on the willingness of a specific Google employee to understand and help (they often refuse at first), so I am not surprised that I have to send several inquiries.
A virtual card may be suspicious for the Google Ads robot because this payment method is often used by arbitrageurs in "gray" and "black" types of business. Or, perhaps, the name on the payment method differs significantly from the name indicated in the Google Ads payment profile.

Also, pay attention to the settings of the virtual card: if it has a low limit for online payments/if the auto-debit or double conversion option is turned off, and you suddenly did not adapt the virtual card settings to the needs of Google Ads, then after connecting auto-payments, the Google Ads robot could not withdraw funds for the displays of the restored ad campaigns, leading to a block due to overdue debt.
And simply, when Google Ads starts to be replenished with another bank card (perhaps, before 2022, some old card was randomly indicated in the Google Ads payment profile), a blocking glitch often occurs due to suspicious payments. Before adding a new card, I recommend cleaning/closing unnecessary payment profiles at payments.google.com.
