Также в Merchant Center нужно не забыть автоматическую разметку бесплатных объявлений(настройки-конверсии), этот трафик будет всегда литься в органик без этой настройки
после обновления сайта скорее всего обрезаеться автопометка/utm метки. проверьте на редирект
