проблема в расширении

при верстке столкнулись с такой проблемой, что при заходе на сайт, не отображается макет полностью от стенки до стенки, отображает только центр как под лупой, приходится менять расширение окна через CTRL-(минус) до 70-80% для полного отображения сайта.
задача сделать так чтобы при заходе на сайт, сайт отображался полностью как при уменьшенном расширении 70-80%, чтобы не приходилось уменьшать т.к. не каждый знает как это делается
