78 USD There is a problem with the website's performance; the pages load normally at times, and then take 10 seconds, and this happens continuously in cycles for a week. Initially, the site started showing server errors, as it seemed the issue was with the server load. We purchased a better droplet on digital.ocean - "Basic x Premium AMD x 2 vCPUs x8 GBx100 GBx 5 TB"
It didn't help. We bought a Pro plan on cloudflare and configured almost everything there; it seemed to help at first, but then the freezing returned. Cloudflare shows a large number of unique users, around 700 - 800 per hour, while GoogleAnalytics shows 10. We need to set up an exception on cloudflare - "Super Bot Fight Mode specifically Definitely automated traffic" for protection. Without exceptions, some functionalities of the site do not work. If there is no change after the configuration, we will need to look for the cause further. I have attached screenshots of CPU load from digital.ocean. The site has PayPal and authorize.net.
When payments are made, notifications about the sale and a message to the buyer about the purchase should come through. Also, the order status in the admin panel should change to paid. Without exceptions and when "Definitely automated traffic" is enabled, this stops working.
In general, the first task is to configure exceptions in cloudflare, and payment will be made for this.
