I need to set up effective targeted advertising on Instagram and Facebook to recruit a High Heels dance group in Kyiv. My goal is to attract girls who want to start dancing from scratch or have minimal experience. I am also looking for a specialist who can help with creating advertising creatives (posters, stories, banners) if needed. I am looking for a professional who will analyze my situation, identify the target audience, and set up advertising that will bring in real applications. A successful outcome will be recruiting a full group for classes and receiving quality applications from my target audience.

About the Project I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam. Our primary audience is Russian-speaking people living abroad, mainly in the UK, Canada, Australia and other English-speaking countries. Monthly advertising budget: approximately €2,000, with the possibility of increasing it if the campaigns perform well.What we're looking for We're not looking for someone who simply launches Facebook ads. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch. You will be responsible for: Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch.
