I am ready to develop the concept and a complete package of visualizations for the wellness space Panda Bear Studio in Reading, focusing on the atmosphere of a premium Bali-inspired retreat, maximum preservation of the existing natural environment, and a rational implementation budget.
What will be done
1. Landscaping concept
- a unified design concept for the wellness garden;
- integration of existing trees, paths, sauna, and cold plunge pools;
- creation of a calm and premium atmosphere for yoga, pilates, and meditation sessions.
2. Master plan
- layout scheme of all elements;
- zoning of the space;
- attachment to the existing decking 4.5 × 8.5 m.
3. Canopy concepts
I will prepare two options:
Option A
- 2 sails;
- 4 supports;
- supports extended beyond the podium;
- slight outward tilt.
Option B
- 3 sails;
- 5 supports;
- more expressive architectural composition;
- improved protection from sun and precipitation.
4. Landscape design
- decorative grasses and perennials;
- natural textures and materials;
- design of the sauna area;
- integration of black cold plunge pools into the overall design;
- creation of soft green screens without losing the view of the trees.
5. Lighting
- warm evening lighting;
- garlands between the supports of the canopies;
- hidden lighting for paths;

6. Visualization
- at least 6 photorealistic 3D visualizations;
- daytime and evening angles;
- views from the visitor's level and panoramic perspectives.
7. Material selection

8. Plant selection
- a range suitable for the UK climate;
- decorative all year round;
- minimal maintenance;
- creation of a Bali resort atmosphere considering local conditions.
