I can develop, I have developed many frame houses, some of them are built. I work in ArchiCAD, exclusively in 3D, so all drawings will be generated, with real flags, and real material consumption (if necessary) and foundation structures (screw piles, or whatever else you have, reinforced concrete slabs, or others .... depending on the soil and your desire. Of course, there will be necessary drawings in PDF, and BIM with drawings.
