I can develop, I have developed many frame houses, some of them are built. I work in ArchiCAD, exclusively in 3D, so all drawings will be generated, with real flags, and real material consumption (if necessary) and foundation structures (screw piles, or whatever else you have, reinforced concrete slabs, or others .... depending on the soil and your desire. Of course, there will be necessary drawings in PDF, and BIM with drawings. The only thing I don't understand is where to put text on a note, even on 5 sheets, usually a note with all the necessary data is on the "general data" sheet.... although if necessary, I can "pour" it on 3 sheets, the cost of work is indicated conditionally, depending on the house, its volume, and specific task.
