Легше виконати просто плиту без балок, там габарити такі що балки лишні, можу порахувати вам плиту і креслення виконати.

Считаю что если добавить в средине пролета балку, то плита получится тоньше чем при перекрытии сплошной площади. Сверху ни много ни мало 2м грунта, а это внушительная нагрузка, также выпадет снег и это тоже необходимо учитывать + коэффициенты надежности по нагрузке по каждому загружению согласно нормам. Балка значительно разгрузит плиту. Этот вариант будет гораздо проще в изготовлении чем арка.
