In an apartment of 111 meters, with a bunch of light openings and opportunities, I was offered:
- two dressing rooms (although I did not ask for a second one)
- 10 square meters of empty space in the kitchen-studio and with it a coffee-sized dining table and two chairs for it (but by the way, the island that I wanted to boldly stuck in the middle).
- from the sofa it was possible to watch TV on the opposite wall, piercing the island with a glance, from a distance of 5 meters (the size of the TV is more than 90 cm in this place). The second side of the corner sofa looks great at the dirty sink. To my comments about the empty space and the sofa that looks anyhow, they said that nothing else fits.
At the same time, the area of \u200b\u200bthe kitchen-studio is about 30-35 m2. sq., almost rectangular in shape. You can put in anything and everything.
After making sure that I would not wait for creativity, I suggested leaving the empty space in the kitchen without a plan (already hopeless) - and just drawing the rest of the partitions - so that there was a drawing for builders who could not report them.
