We need a staircase design that can be manufactured by a specialized company. The design and architecture of the stairs have been calculated -- parameters and number of steps, dimensions of the landings. There is a vision for integration into the roof, through the parapet, but there is no staircase design.
The peculiarity here is that the landing is not at the level of the finished roof floor, but lower and partially "cuts into" the roof insulation (minimally). This has all been done to ensure that the stairs are architecturally correct -- the length and height of the steps should be within the norms.
I have a calculated staircase architecture with millimeter precision, and this does not need to be done -- the quantity and parameters of the steps.
What needs to be done is to create a project for fastening the stairs to the slab/wall of the house, technically sound considering insulation, cold bridges, etc. Also, the metal elements should be ordered in a way that allows for on-site welding. The metal structures and their fastening must be calculated taking into account the weight of the stairs, additional weight of people + loads that will be carried by these stairs, without unreasonable reserves, so as not to make the structure too large and expensive.
