За такую нагрузку - маленькая оплата) Новичок явно не будет обладать нужными знаниями, даже если готов пойти за такую оплату. А опытный человек не будет готов предложить свои услуги за такую оплату)
Хотите грамотное исполнение, рейт нужно увеличивать хотя бы в 2.5 раза. Т.е 15$/h.
Считаете мою оценку необоснованной - тогда в таком случае как минимум 10 человек, который пожаловались на то, что бюджет проекта значительно занижен, тоже ошибаются:))
