Думаю что Евгений понимает что будет отдельно цена за варианты планировки помещений, то есть за предложение, и только потом уже за сам проект. Иначе это абсурд.

Андрей, Вы правы. Для профессионала выполнить эскизный вариант планировки, большого труда не составит. Парадокс в том, что некоторые "профессионалы" предпочитают тратить время и свои навыки впустую, вместо того чтобы вложиться в свое будущее и будущее сотрудничество. У всех есть свое мнение и Выбор у каждого свой...
