- вибрати файл або каталог з файлами
- зчитати дані з pdf
- на основі зчитаних даних з документа згенерувати QR код вставити його в певне місце
- зберегти документ в певній директорії з заміною назви файлу на дані з pdf (нова назва документа формується по Прізвищу Імені з документу)

на сколько мне известно у QR кода лимит на количество знаков в произвольном инфо... так что Ваша затея малость эксцентрична 🙂
