В файле с расширением * .cpp содержится текст программы.
Выделить все функции, которые встречаются в данной программе. для
заданного пользователем имени функции привести ее тело. для каждой
функции отдельно привести все переменные, используемые в данной
функции. Отдельно выделить все глобальные переменные и константы с данной
программы.
б) Управление коммунальными услугами. Каждый счет имеет
номер, владельца, адрес. Счета могут добавляться и редактироваться.
По каждому счету вносится информация за каждый месяц по
показаний счетчика и автоматически рассчитывается сумма к оплате.
Отдельно вносится информация о уплаченные средства. В случае
наличии задолженности рассчитывается пеня. предоставляется возможность
просмотра информации об истории уплаты, текущее состояние счета.

Могу выполнить сегодня. На питоне пишу много и часто. Дипломная работа так же написана на питоне. Сделаю все красиво по принципу SOLID. Так же прощу уточнить, как вы хотите видеть финальную программу, если надо писать UI цена измениться

И всё это паредлагается сделать за жалкие 500 рублей, потому что у студента нет денег, на покупку решений домашних заданий... Да что говороить, студент даже задачу толком не может сформулировать, начиная текст откуда-то с середины и зачем-то вставляя пункт Б, потеряв пункт А....
