Employee adaptation program on Moodle or Canvas
A mechanism for step-by-step training of personnel needs to be implemented. Each department and each position has its own training path. There are a total of 4 main departments. In each department, there are two categories of employees.
For example, an employee completes lesson 1, takes tests on it, and if they score a passing mark, lesson 2 becomes available to them. After lesson 2, they take a test, and if they score a passing mark - lesson 3 becomes available. This should all be automated. If necessary, the admin can review the test results.
That is, it may be necessary to set a timer for completing the test, as well as a timer for studying the lesson. Passing scores for the tests need to be defined. At the end of the entire training, a final test is taken.
Materials for lessons and tests will be provided. The task is simply to interconnect all of this through software, with the ability to track progress.
Such a mechanism cannot be implemented in Google Classroom, as there is no restriction on opening the next lesson if the first one has not been passed.
