Assistant program (bot) in the Facebook environment

below is the task description:
1) a program (or bot) is needed that can simultaneously monitor several dozen groups/pages on Facebook in two languages at the same time: in Russian + in Hebrew (the programmer does not need to know Hebrew).
2) the program checks these groups every few minutes (for example: every 2~3 minutes) for new posts in each of the specified groups.
3) when a new post appears in a group - the program checks only the text of the post itself (comments are not important!) for the presence of one of several specified search keywords (there can be single words and/or phrases), for example: about 25 search keywords in each of the two languages.
4) in case one of these words appears - the program instantly (!) notifies the operator (preferably in Telegram and/or WhatsApp), and sends to me:
(a) a link to the post itself;
(b) indicates in the message to me the detected word/phrase;
(c) indicates the date + exact time of the post's appearance
5) the program keeps a registry (open for my editing / can be in the form of a table) of all the data sent to me by it.
6) there should be flexibility in settings:
a) the list of monitored groups (we are talking about public groups)
b) keywords and the level of matching with them (for example, not 100% match, but set 70% match)
c) the interval for checking groups: how often to check the specified groups
d) enabling and disabling the bot at will
7) the program should run on a virtual machine, not a local one
