- На вход подается видео с камеры видео наблюдения(всегда 1 ракурс), камера следит за перекрестком.
- На видео выделить 4 области в ручную.
- Распознать транспортные средства на видео с помощью любой библиотеки сторонней.
- Подсчитать кол-во ТС в областях.
- В зависимости от количества средств менять цвет области, если в 2-х противоположных областях ТС больше чем в 2-х других, то менять цвет с красного, на пару секунд желтого, и на зеленый.
