Adding goods to the online store is automated.
The essence of the process:
The employee takes the thing in the warehouse (the subject of clothing).
The employee on the memory map distinguishes the photos of this object of clothing (from 5 to 7 pieces).
The employee chooses the category of goods.
Category-based software attributes the following SKU, creates a folder as a name uses this SKU and transfers the selected photos to the folder.
The software shows a step-by-step dialog window in which the employee enters data (price, size, color, composition, etc.) Some data fall list, some data is entered in a text field.
After adding the product, all data is recorded in the exel table or Google table.
This should be an application for Windows.

Добрый день. Я так понимаю, операторы работают независимо друг от друга. Единая база и сетевая версия ненужна? в какой момент формируется excel-файл? Он един для всех операторов или отдельные? каким образом и когда информация из БД сохраняется в excel не описано. В excel присутствует штрих-код. В ТЗ не описано.

Он может быть как единым (Если БД центральная) так и 4 отдельных (Если бд в каждой копии ПО)
Сохраняется по запросу оператора с указанием дат или СКЮ.
Штрих код генерировать не нужно, это умеет делать гугл таблица.
