Программирование модуля для интернет-магазина

Есть сайт sharovik.net/
Можно ли на сайте убрать все способы доставки, а сделать только два способа:
1. Самовывоз (0 рублей)
2. Доставка до места и человек крутит ползунок у него разброс в доставке в час (12:00-13:00), он крутит ползунок и рядом отображается сразу время и стоимость доставки, выбирая время он выставляет его и сразу показывается стоимость доставки и время доставки.
+ если человек набирает на 2000 р до доставка с 10 до 20 часов ему показывается бесплатная, а если меньше то уже идет сумма доставки. (что время доставки также можно было выставить в ручную, но с разбросом в час (12:00-13:00)
