The only moment is the deadlines. We agreed for 21 days. The result was about 80, of which 15 days went to our check. There were promises of the type "I will do in 2 hours", and then a couple of days of silence.
At the same time, Igor did a lot of additional work, which was not in the original TZ, did not demand for it, went to a meeting in a lot, answered many additional questions. As a result, on all the remaining points 10 out of 10, and for the deadlines not 1, but above 4 I can't put.
