The contractor disrupted the project. Led me and my team. I sincerely regret the wasted time and money spent on sending the device for which the software was written.
The contractor undertook to complete the work within 13 days. After 3.5 months of work, according to the Contractor, the Order was completed by "85 percent".
All communication was in writing via Skype (correspondence in the attachment). Communication went well until, 2.5 months after the deadline set by the Contractor, I asked for the exact date of delivery of the project. And then it went.
I was guilty of all the troubles. The program turned out to be not delivered because of me (for future Customers - note the algorithm of the Contractor's behavior: if something does not work out and the project is delayed, you will be to blame for everything). The performer wrote to me in correspondence through this site that I am a troll, two-faced, someone else out there, that I misled him, deliberately hid something from him (instead of accepting that he didn’t clarified). He filed a claim that the device under which the software was written was self-made (the Contractor, as I understand it, expected it to be serial / however, and this would not change anything /).It was not so, and it was not so, etc.and etc.There is no desire to describe everything I have read.I have received a lot of accusations and accusations to my address.I put a letter on the project (without personal data - they are hidden with labels ***) - if you do nothing, read yourself - understand who is right, who is wrong.In order to execute the order, I the Executive (see all).He was deliberately interested in the course of the work; he saw that the person was sitting, he understood what he did not get; he did not give up.That’s why he “closed his eyes” to break the deadlines.He was ready to continue cooperation further: the Executive didn’t leave the job, but slowly understood the difficulties and made the Order.A critical point for me was the moment when after the program was installed on the reader, the Executive sent me a glowing program.by P.S. During the execution of my Order the Executive managed to make bets on other projects (not doing my project).If necessary, I will submit a copy of the correspondence via e-mail and through this site.
But the point, even, is not in the disruption of the Order. God be with him, with the Order.
The point is how the Contractor behaved... In his manner of communication when he did not fulfill the Order.
I'm not talking about the fact that I never heard from the Executor of apologies.
